Vice President, Brand Identity & Creative Services

Led brand identity, integrated media, content strategy, and creative services across a 30-hospital health system spanning six states. Built and deployed a comprehensive brand system, launched self-service creative tools across the enterprise, and developed the brand identity that represented Ardent Health on the New York Stock Exchange when the company went public in July 2024.

Oversaw creative for a 52-hospital, $8B healthcare system. Built a centralized creative function following a major marketing reorganization, led the integration of two distinct brand identities following a merger (maintaining both brands while establishing a cohesive system that made each stronger), and deployed a suite of brand tools including DAM, workflow systems, and self-service templates.

Built the marketing and creative function from the ground up at a fast-growing revenue cycle startup doubling in size every quarter. Significantly evolved the brand identity, developed internal communications, and created The Ensemble Difference, a cultural program expressed through print, environmental graphics, and a sustained associate engagement initiative.

Led all marketing functions at one of the nation's top ophthalmology practices. Responsibilities included managing a budget exceeding $1.4 million, multiple web properties, social media, and a six-person marketing team, as well as serving on the executive leadership team.

Director, Creative Services & Marketing

Managed creative across 20 corporate brands, 71 hospitals, and hundreds of physician clinics spanning 15 states. Developed two regional health system brands from scratch, built print-on-demand infrastructure, and oversaw creative for more than 100 web properties.

Directed all aspects of creative strategy and execution for a broad range of print, web and e-marketing communications. Businesses included over two dozen unique business, brand, web portal and professional networking sites. Led a team of designers, freelancers, and agency partners to deliver on-brand, on-budget creative across print and digital.

Managed all phases of design and development of website which gives restaurateurs powerful tools to gather useful, actionable customer satisfaction data. Designed surveys, dashboards, and web interface for site. Developed pricing structure, marketing plan, and brand/positioning as well as majority of the business plan.


Experian

2000-2005

Creative Director

Managed brand identity across seven diverse business units throughout North America, leading creative team in building brand awareness and recognition. Team consisted of traffic managers, art director, designers, copywriters, PowerPoint specialist, copy editor, and several freelance designers. Worked closely with senior executives in development of corporate communications. Established corporate identity guidelines and evolved visual execution of the brand. Developed effective advertising and related communications to support brand positioning.

Developed strong client relationships and provided solid, customer-focused marketing support in accordance with business goals and objectives. Produced ads, brochures, brand platforms, corporate identities, and web sites. Clients included: Experian, Pacific Life, The Orange County Apartment Association, Newport Corporation and many smaller local businesses.
