Led all marketing functions at one of the nation's top ophthalmology practices. Responsibilities included managing a budget exceeding $1.4 million, multiple web properties, social media, and a six-person marketing team, as well as serving on the executive leadership team.

Manage internal and external resources to develop strategic creative solutions for a diverse range of brands, including 20 corporate brands, 71 hospitals and more than 100 physician clinics and practices.

Directed all aspects of creative strategy and execution for a broad range of print, web and e-marketing communications. Businesses included over two dozen unique business, brand, web portal and professional networking sites. Managed team of designers, freelancers, and outside agencies to achieve marketing objectives on time, and under budget.
Managed all phases of design and development of website which gives restaurateurs powerful tools to gather useful, actionable customer satisfaction data. Designed surveys, dashboards, and web interface for site. Developed pricing structure, marketing plan, and brand/positioning as well as majority of the business plan.
Managed brand identity across seven diverse business units throughout North America, leading creative team in building brand awareness and recognition. Team consisted of traffic managers, art director, designers, copywriters, PowerPoint specialist, copy editor, and several freelance designers. Worked closely with senior executives in development of corporate communications. Established corporate identity guidelines and evolved visual execution of the brand. Developed effective advertising and related communications to support brand positioning.
